Same problem
I also keep getting a lots of these incoming requests from 221.192.199.46/48 and 49 at various incoming TCP ports. What is this exactly? I also have received several requests from 200.208.32.178 and 175.137.192.243 all the time specifically on TCP port 51669. Can someone explain to me what this is all about? Reported by

Port Scans
Multiple scans from 221.192.199.XX (XX=46, 48, others) same with 178.162.165.21. Recent ports are 27977, 9200, 1344, and others. Some of these scans cause sync flood trigger on my firewall. Appears aggressive. What an embarrassment that the Chinese government allows this, or perhaps, more likely, they sanction it. Reported by

CONSTANT HAMMERING!
My ISP alerted me to possible spamming coming from my IP address. I changed my admin password (again) and tightened up my encryption key and now I'm in the process of blowing out the 5 computers in my home because obviously my various malware, spyware, virus programs and firewalls didn't keep them out! I'm still getting hammered by connection requests at the average of 1 every minute to 2 minutes! Reported by

It and another one--221.192.199.51 are hitting my machine every couple minutes regardless of my activity at the time. My ISP has been notified and has done nothing that I can tell. What can be done?
